We collect information you choose to submit through the website, the AI guide, email, or the booking page. This may include your name, work email, company, workflow description, and anything you include in your messages.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, assess whether a workflow is a fit, schedule a conversation, provide the requested service, protect the website, and improve our process.
The AI guide
The chat on this site is an AI guide. What you type is sent to our server and to the AI provider that generates the reply, so it can answer your questions and summarize workflow details for follow up. If you submit the workflow form, those details are also passed to the AI guide for context and delivered to us as a notification. Please do not enter passwords, account credentials, or sensitive personal information in the chat.
Access to your business tools
If you become a client, the managed AI employee works with approved business tools. We request only the scoped permissions that the specific workflow needs. You grant that access and can revoke it. Actions are logged, and customer-facing or unusual actions start in approval mode. Access, logs, handoff, and data handling are documented for the specific client workflow.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers that help us host the website, operate the AI guide, deliver notifications, and schedule meetings. We use these providers only to operate the service and respond to you.
Browser storage and measurement
The website may temporarily save a submitted form in your browser while it is being processed. If analytics or advertising measurement is enabled later, this notice will be updated to describe the technologies and the choices available to you.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, or to service providers working on our behalf.
Your choices
