What we collect

We collect information you choose to submit through the website, the AI guide, or follow-up correspondence — name, work email, company, workflow description, and message content.

How we use it

We use it to respond, assess fit, schedule, provide service, protect the site, and improve our process.

The AI guide

Chat on this site is sent to our server and AI provider to answer questions. Do not enter passwords or sensitive personal information in chat.

Access to your business tools

For clients, we request only scoped permissions the workflow needs. You grant and can revoke access. Unusual actions start in approval mode.

Service providers

Providers may help host the site, operate the AI guide, deliver notifications, and schedule meetings — only to operate the service.

Browser storage and measurement

We may use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel for visits and lead events. We do not use form or chat content to build advertising audiences.

SMS / mobile information

If you text Guad Squad, provide a mobile number for booking confirmations, or receive operational SMS from +1 585-575-1704, we collect that number and message content to deliver the service.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS carriers may process messages solely to deliver them.
